The Grenache for our 2020 ROSÉ was selected from Rhumb Line vineyard on the Willcox Bench. The vines are head pruned and farmed specifically for Rosé production. The fruit is picked to emphasize the bright fruit and fresh acidity and minerality. Barrel fermented to dryness and aged in old French oak on the lees for 8 months.
