Short for petillant naturel, Pet-Nat is an ancient method for making sparkling wine. Bottled before fermentation is completed, the CO2 is trapped inside the bottle as the yeast finish fermentation to create the effervescence. Made with 100% Malvasia Bianca from Rhumb Line Vineyard.
