2018 Roussanne

Roussanne is our richest white offering and is a great wine to enjoy heading into the winter months.  Primarily sourced from Rhumb Line Vineyard – the McCallister clay loam adds a pleasing weight to the palate.  Roussanne is the last white to be picked the final week of August.  The whole clusters were crushed by foot and transferred directly to press.  Barrel fermented in neutral oak and aged on the lees for 10 months.
