100% Roussanne sourced from Greg Gonnerman’s Chiricahua Ranch Vineyard, 4,530 ft in elevation. The Roussanne was harvested the third week of August at 23.5 brix. The fruit was crushed and destemmed into an open top fermenter. Fermented on the skins with daily punchdowns and 40 days of maceration before pressing. Aged in nuetral oak barrels on the lees for 10 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with no SO2 added at bottling. 13.5% abv. 45 cases produced.
