The 2014 “7” is comprised of 100% Willcox Bench fruit. Our estate Syrah forms the base at 85% of the blend with 15% Rhumb Line Tempranillo clone 1 (Tinta Roriz). Vinified separately, the fruit was destemmed and crushed with an average of 27 days on the skins. Aged in 20% new Rousseau French oak for 20 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. 14.5% abv.
